connecting my pace ntl from scart to vga or dtv on my plasma

hi im new to this so here go's

ive just bought a 42" plasma branded sky, made by deawoo model # (pds4250)

i bought it knowing that the scarts dont work, but found out neither dose yellow red white componant, or s-video, or dtv/dvd input so all i have for working inputs are vga and dvi,

now the problems with the inputs is i have a scrambled still image so nothing comes on when i connect any thing into it, but i have had sound, any clue??

but to save expensive repair, im hoping some one could point me in the right direction in connecting my ntl box from scart to vga or dvi? is this possable?? i have had my xbox 360 set up thru the vga with the audio and all works fine, and am really supprised with the quality

or could the scarts be an easy repair??
please help

thanks danny
