Help With Wireing...

Hi i live in a small flat i have virgin media i just want to watch it in my bed room no need to watch diffrent channels no need to controll it via the remote in my bed room just want to watch it.

1.is this aloud?
2. whats the best way/cheapest way

make my own scart cable, buy my own scart cable ,buy two scart to phono and buy a phono cable. its only about 10-15meters but witch is better for longer distance scart or phono i think the price is all going be aloud the same mark.

i have these wireless senders but that are crap
