Jack to Coax?

Hi,
I have a freeview box in my car which came with a big bulky aerial, while clearing my garage I found this

4 Way Diversity Antenna System. Car TV Amplified Aerial on eBay (end time 28-Sep-09 18:05:40 BST)

What I want to know is could I remove the jack plugs & replace with a Coax male fitting or is there an adapter that will do this?

Thanks
Colin
