I just recently bought a new Panasonic Plasma HDtv and went to my local Comcast service center to pick up a new HD box. I'm having problems with the remote. When I use the guide button, it comes up on the screen but doesn't move. Then it takes forever to get exit out. I replaced the batteries, reset the box....nothing works. It will allow me to increase volume..but nothing else....Someone told me it maybe the new Energy Star in the TV itself..They recommended to shut it off...I haven't tried it yet but will later....Has anyone had the same problems? Any suggestions?

Your mentioning of Comcast indicates that you're in North America.
This forum is Europe based and we have different models (and often makes) of equipment.
