hi,

my UPC DVR was full. I've deleted at least 8% but it still showing 0% space available. I thought it was just a glitch but when I tried recording I just get the disc full message. I also unplugged the box and restarted but still the same.

any ideas?

Normally, digital boxes with hard drive tend to save some space for services like EPG and time-shift, so that's completely normal. You have to erase more data.
