Hi I am looking at upgrading my Tiscali phone and broadband service to include the TV package as well. However, I am not sure whether I am too far away from the enabled exchange for the service to work. I am approx. 1.52km away from the exchange according to samknows.com. Is this close enough? I am unsure about my download speed as various online tests say that it is about 2-3mb. Tiscali won't let me check on their website as it isn't a BT line, it is Tiscali. However, when I put in my next-door neighbours number it shows approx.. 5mb.

Can anybody help out with this. The TV service looks really good and I hope that I can get it.

From what little you've said it sounds like you should be able to get it. Give the sales guys a call, they should be able to check for you
