I am locked in a 12 month contract with Tiscali till november and now that Talk Talk has bought them over is there anyway i can get out now.

I have been with talk talk before i went with tiscali and it wasnt a good experience and i dont want to be anyway conected to them.

Can i cancell my Contract Just NOW ????/

If you cancel your contract now, you will be subject to the remaining Ts & Cs. With Talk Talks purchase of Tiscali, it is unlikely you will notice any difference to your Tiscali service for a long while yet.
