Re: Bt Broadband Connection

You have connected all your other equipment via Broadband Filters?

Cheers,

Martin.

Disconnect everything, then re-connect. ANYTHING that connects to the phone line will need a microfilter, including phones, fax and sky line etc.

If you still gets disconnect, could be a bad microfilter. Try replacing them. Also, try connecting one device at a time and attempt to find the dodgy device.

I had this problem a while back.

It turned out to be low SNR, I'd hazard a guess it may be your problem. Picking up the phone loses a bit more SNR headroom.

All you need to know at this site...

I fixed it by making sure the broadband feed came directly off the master socket.
