I am after a few cooking books with some lovely food to cook

What are good out there? Been looking at

Jamie Oliver
James Martin
Gorden Ramsey

To name a few I been looking into

I buy the Australian womens weekly books (look like a big magazine with a stiff cover). There is a wide range of them, covering all sorts of cooking. I also like Delia's big fat cookbook (the one with the black cover - can't remember the name) which has some good recipes in there (I love the ginger nuts, and there are good pickle recipes).

I'd also suggest buying BBC good food magazine, always loads of good recipes in there, and you can always make up a folder of the ones you want to keep if you don't want to keep the whole mag
