PC not reading files

I wish to convert material currently on disc (which has been recorded from TV) to PC, but the files are not showing on Explorer.

Please can anyone explain this and also what the solution is please.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

more than likely whatever format you have converted the tv-to-pc to, you don't have the relevant software or codec installed to be able to re-encode or read it. A popular one could be that you don't have DivX installed, this can be downloaded free.

All the best, hope this helps
