Didn't know where to post this so please move if needed.

Does any one know where I could find such a list and what the differences are between various regions?.
I've been buying some HD DVD's for a while now and the only one I never see come are the Fantastic 4 films, are these rare?

Your best bet might be to contact some indie dvd sellers as they might be able to help you out :-)
