Underworld Evolution - Hd dvd (Polish)

Im thinking of purchasing this from Poland for about £9ish incl postage.
I understand it's a 1080i transfer and a 5.1 DTS HD hi res.
Can anyone clarify this and comment on the picture quality in isolation or in comparison to the Spanish version Hd dvd or the DVD version.
