Play.com 3 for 2 Blu-rays a swiz?

It's supposed to be buy 3 get one free but I just ordered three BDs that were in the offer and the cheapest one that is supposed to be free was charged at £1.99! What's going on?

Edit: Never mind I found out. They just took £1.99 of one of the others and put it on the free one.
