Watched the Fifth element - remastered version t'other night.

This wasn't the same movie I seen a few years ago.
I remember Gen. Munro dying in the freezer as well as several other misc things that were not in this version?

Did I dream all this?

If you are talking about the army-persons that Bruce hid in the freezer. There was a scene where he opened the freezer to reveal their frozen corpses (3 I think) and then shut it again. If that isn't in the HD version they must have chopped it out.

Re: Watched the Fifth element - remastered version t'other night.

I just watched the remastred version myself on Saturday and the scene is still in it where Willis buts the 3 military types in his freezer. When he opens it it appears they are all frozen but I never thought it meant they were dead as one of them, Munro (Brion James) appears at the end of the film in the room with the President etc....

Hey, if they can re-animate a Mondoshawan (ie Leeloo) from the cells in a hand, then surely they can defrost some army guys and bring them back to life

Graham.

Re: Watched the Fifth element - remastered version t'other night.

In reality, assuming that the fifth element don't have instant freezers, the army guys would be completely and utterly dead from every cell in there body exploding.

But who needs reality in a film with Milla Jovovich.
