AvP Requiem Region Coding on Blu-Ray

I don't think for a second it will be with it being Fox but I was wondering if anyone had anything as to whether the US Blu-Ray of AvP2 will play on the UK PS3? Thanks in advance, let me down easy (I enjoyed it).

Fox Region Code their Blu Rays considerably - I'd be interested to know if this one is Region locked as well - unfortunately

I have ordered the region A BluRay boxset as I will be getting another player for region A disks .. I can try it in my UK PS3 when it arrives

Unfortunately the US release won't work over here.

Confirmed by DVD World USA and Movietyme.

Don't suppose anyone knows if the UK release is the uncut version like they get in the US?

The Uk version is locked. I just rented it and it won't play on my US PS3

ive got the region a 2 discer, and was wondering if the digital copy on the sencond disc could be played on a u.k machine?

unfortunately the UK disc is the same as the US theatrical edition with the uncut footage accessed form the special features menu, The US disc has both the Theatrical and Unrated cuts on the same disc the unrated version is accessable via seamless branching.
