Paramount have confirmed the details of the March 25 release of The Kite Runner. Extras include:
- Audio commentary with director Marc Forster, David Benioff and Khalid Hosseini.
- "Words from The Kite Runner" feature
- "Images from The Kite Runner" gallery
- Theatrical trailer.

Video is the standard 1080p/VC1 with DD+ soundtracks in English, French and Spanish. As is standard no lossless audio - but if the likes of Transformers and Zodiac are anything to go by it will be a full 1.5Mbps soundtrack that will do the business.

This is a definite for me as the film was exceptional. Still to read the book , but on HD this should look brilliant given the cinematography
