Pitch issues

Which HD-DVD from studio canal have the pitch problem? and does anyone have them and can you tell the difference?

There were some earlier (half year old) topics about this, so I'd suggest you use search.

I clearly remember Basic Instinct being among them so I bought the US (region A) version.

Unless you have perfect pitch (i.e. able to recognise the pitch of a musical tone unaided), you are very unlikely to tell the difference.
