White Spots on Black Hawk Down Blu Ray

Hi,

i purchased black hawk down on blu ray at the weekend and notice white spots in certain scenes including the credits. I am playing it through my ps3 and have tried it on a couple of tvs and its the same. Are these white spots normal or do i have an issue with my PS3/Disc?
