I was watching Batman Returns on Blu Ray the other night and at the scene where the batmobile turns into the batmissile to get through a narrow passage, the sound goes off and won't come back on, I have to skip to the next chapter for the sound to come back...
all my other Blu Ray films are ok, any ideas??

I am using a Samsung BD-P1500 Blu Ray Player and a Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K Amp/Receiver
I have not yet upgraded the firmware on the Blu Ray player yet, could that be the problem??

Hi i would give the firmware an update,

Had this problem with a fews disc,firmware update uselly does the job
