Does anyone know anything about the specs on this

I've looked in teh normal places but cant see any details about the technical specs or region coding, Miramax are normally region friendly aren't they?

Says on Movietyme Clerks & Chasing Amy are region Free, but Jay & Silent Bob is region coded.
