Dutch Seven Bluray 24fps issue

Received this froma very kind gent on our forum yesterday and whilst the picture quality is superb and the film is actually presented in the right aspect ratio, it doesn't seem to output at 24fps.

All my other Blus do so has anyone checked their copy yet?

Re: Dutch Seven Bluray 24fps issue

As this disc is Region ABC I checked it for you in my UK Panasonic and my US Sony- both of them are playing it back at 24fps. Looks and sounds superb.

Very strange. On my BD35 it doesn't show up as 24fps.

I'm pretty sure I've already checked it with BDInfo and it's 23.976, but I'll double check tonight.

Re: Dutch Seven Bluray 24fps issue

Just tried it in mine (BD35), It's running at 24p. Just thought I would mention that I received the Dutch Crank Blu this week which is 1080i and is the Theatrical version too

Maybe an obvious question but how do you tell it's playing in 24fps on your BD35? I usually get the little graphic in the top right corner when I start playing a 24fps disc. With this one I get nothing there.

Re: Dutch Seven Bluray 24fps issue

When the actual movie is playing press the STATUS button on your remote twice and it should tell you 24fps. Note the trailers are NOT in 24fps so the little graphic will not come up then.
