Hi folks.

Me and the missus have recently been renting the Heroes blu-rays from LOVEFiLM after getting a PS3. We've already been through season 1, and we're currently on season 2.

We only get one disc at a time from LF, and all of them up to now (including those of Season 1) have contained 4 or 5 episodes on each disc.

We've just received the 3rd disc of Season 2, to find that there are only 2 episodes on there ("Cautionary Tales" and "Truth & Consequences"). Presuming these were the last two episodes of the series, I double checked on Wikipedia just to be sure, however I discovered that there was one more episode of the season to go ("Powerless").

I found it a bit odd that they would place 4/5 episodes on each disc, but then split the final 3 shows up between 2 discs. Naturally I checked LOVEFiLM's website to see whether I was missing something, but it said that the final episode should be on disc 3, and disc 4 only contains extras (which LOVEFiLM don't usually send you).

I then emailed LF to see what was going on, and received a puzzling reply telling me to check whether the disc was a dual sided disc . I'm presuming that's not the case though.

So can anyone that owns/has owned the series please let me know where this phantom episode has disappeared to?

I just checked my copy for you.
Disc 4 definitely has one episode on it (episode 11- powerless)

The UK release may well be different to the US release but the fourth disc on the US Heroes 2 release contains the final two aired episodes for the season:

“Truth & Consequences”

“Powerless”

...and a lot of special features.

You might need to ask LF to send the final disc !

Mine is the UK version.
Disc 1- 4 episodes
Disc 2- 4 episodes
Disc 3- 2 episodes
Disc 4- 1 episode.
You'll need to get disc 4 from LF
