Play USA are the best site for me when ordering region A but it seems about half of their itinerary is out of stock. Are they slipping, has it always been that way?

I Pre-ordered Kickboxer blu at £9.99 months ago,they never got stock in,had to cancel and go elsewhere.Still waiting for them to get stock of Trick R' Treat blu which is already out.Yet they've already shipped Wrong Turn 3.They are very inconsistent regards stock.

Rather strange isn't it. I mean it's not like they are a small company with limited over heads?

I ordered a Blu in January this year from them and they finally got stock in May
