ive been a member of lovefilm for a while now but recently i had a problem with my card details so my account was frozen , anyway im not wanting to register new details so am in the process of cancelling , plus there call centres seem to be in india and can not understand a word

my question is , is there any other good rental sites that offer good service as well as good customer service?

I think probably Blockbuster are the only real alternative, since Lovefilm pretty much bought out all the competition. No idea on the quality of Blosckbuster service as I've never used them.

must say although they seem to have indian call centres there email response has been excellent , i got a response after just 20mins of sending,

still i would like to try another service , and i still have the option of going back to lovefilm?

been a member of [B][B] and lovefilm deff, prefer BB. However they arn't the only one left eg

Cinema Paradiso never tried them, so can't comment on service , know there are other just can't think of them
