this is not about a movie but maybe you guys can help me.

I pre ordered Aion, one of the bonus of pre order is being able to enter the game 5 days earlier.

So i pre ordered from the website and sent an email requesting the activation code (every store that got aion as pre order is obligated to send an especial code)

in the mail response, they told me that they would not send the code via mail and they would only sent the code with the game in the day of the official launch.

It doesnt make sense.

Just a suggestion but it's probably best to pre-order from Steam or NCSoft directly to absolutely make sure you get all the early bonuses. Did mine via NCSoft yesterday and was all set up and registered within 15 minutes, account ready to go. If CD-WOW have sent you that e-mail they're obviously confused about the whole pre-order situation.
