PlayUSA.Com Blu-ray order has been "Packing" for 2 months!

I ordered Rockers on Blu-ray on 20/6/2009. Since then the order status has stayed at "Packing" for over 2 months. I've emailed info@playusa.com and was given a ticket number but no reply since.

Is there a phone number or something?

the regular play.com number I have been ringing and they have been dealing with my issues for play usa orders. the number is at the bottom of play.com website.
