Is it likely that we will ever see a complete collection of Ab Fab released over here? As the US has had the complete set for over a year now, with no sign of a UK release. And I don't understand why the US get a complete collection when it's a British show?

Also, if I did want to buy the US release, it's quite pricey and so would be a hassle to import, no doubt incurring customs charges.

Hi Demo,

We will see a British DVD release of all the AB FAB series, but when that will happen, is a law unto BBC Worldwide and 2Entertain, who dictate what titles are released and when.

The US have always tended to get older BBC series liek AB FAB, BLACKADDER, MONTY PYTHON, etc before we do in the UK, and I'm not sure why that is, although I suspect it's something to do with satellite TV rights and repeat showings on G.O.L.D. etc that are the likely reason.
