There is nothing wrong with Axel Music. I have had over 200 discs off them over the years.

Just had Knowing on BD from them within 5 days and Towering Inferno on BD was within 8 days.

They can be expensive though as they charge by weight, so the more discs the more postage.

Axel are normally customs friendly if your order is above £18 without postage.

Also they ship from several warehouses, so it depends where they are stocked at. Also you have the Royal Mail strikes in London, which add delays to anything that goes there for sorting/delivery.

You can get stuff within 5 days and sometimes 2 weeks. Too many things in between that can hold it for you right now.

I have never been done for customs with Axel (ever), so I do not foresee you having any problems. You should have it within 2 weeks, but I bet you have it within 1 (pending any strike delay).

I ordered Red Dragon from Axelmusic on the 28th of July, received on the 1st of August

4 day delivery from Canada, cracking service!!

I have placed a total of 3 orders for various Blu's, the other 2 arrived 5 working days after dispatch. I can't fault Axelmusic so far

I use axel for all my Region 1's used to use Playusa and cdwow. But just use axel now, they've have a great back catalogue of stuff if your after R1 t.v shows and the likes.

Axelmusic are great.
Have had no issues with them whatsoever.

They have some great prices on Blu-Rays at the moment.

Well only my third order and they have mucked up. As I was paying via paypal the site went down they took my payment. But the order has not appeared in the order list.

£40 as well

Emailed them but if they do not sort it paypal dispute will happen soon

Does the payment actually show in your Paypal account? The reason I ask is because a similar thing happened to me recently on a clothing site. The order didn't show in either my order history or on my Paypal transaction list, yet it showed on my bank statement for a couple of days and then suddenly vanished. No money was debited.

Yes mate payment successful according to my paypal account also used funds to pay for it so it didnt get took from my card

The order has now shown up but only one title that is priced at nearly 12 dollors is listed in the order

but it says the price paid was nearly 62 dollors so something not write cancelled and asked for refund soon as I get the money back will reorder and see if it happens again

for them today anyway

It is for a fixed period and you get no extra charges for delivery during this period. The most expensive one has 2% off your items as well.

What are peoples thoughts on them.

Well 2 orders have turned up damaged and for the first order they offered 15% refund and for the second they wont do anything as the discs are working.

Very poor show can not recommend these.

Case damage?
Have you asked them to send you a replacement if you return the defective title?

They wouldn't accept a return and its the covers on one and the case on the other.

Understand your dissapointed mate, as would I, places like Amazon have us spoiled.
I remember getting sent out another copy of Miami Vice on HD-DVD because the first one arrived with 2 broken teeth on the case, they didn't even ask me any further information, i just emailed and bam sent another one.

I wouldn't accept a scratched up disc, playable or not.
I would still use AxelMusic personally, until this happened to me of course.
