Thinking of making the jump to Blu Ray...help needed

Almost ready to make the jump from DVD to Blu Ray, but before I do I need some advice. I had thought of the Sony BDP S550 and I currently use a Denon AVR 1507 receiver. With this combination, using the S550's anaolgue outputs will I be able to obtain Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD MA without the need to buy a new receiver?

Thanks.

Hi mate, welcome to the Forums. Yes, you are absolutely right. The analogue outputs on the Sony will send the HD audio formats to your receiver
