Upscaling DVD player with USB to play .avi

As the title says.

I am looking for an upscaling DVD player with HDMI and a USB port, where the USB port can be used to play .avi/.mkv files.

do the pioneers 401v or 610v allow for that?

The Pioneers are fine for Divx from USB.

Does any player play MKV files?
