Hi All,

I have this player bought from LEConcepts, the manual states its region B, I bought Fox's TAKEN Directors harder Cut which states on the back REgion B or C but when I play it it says ;

"This disc has been coded for region b or c and will not play on this machine"

When I checked the Country Code in the Parental Section is was set for US ?, I have changed this to GB, but the Disc will still not play giving the same error message....

I have updated the Latest firmware 1.25a from Pioneer UK - HD Plasma TV, LCD TV, DVD, Car Audio, Navigation, GPS, DJ and professional multimedia products website...

Anything I can do ?

Can you get hold of any other BD discs to check with them?

Its Ok fixed it....

After Changing Country code to GB, switched it Off and back on, now plays the DVD.

Should have thought really, being in IT and a developer, Turning Off and back On fixes everything LOL ....

One question though if anyone knows, how many times can you change the country code on the Pioneer BDP-LX08 ?, is it unlimited ?

PS: Strange one as all my other BluRay disks say they are Region B, but this is the 1st Fox Disc, searching internet says they are one of the companies to region protect, most of my other discs are Universal...
