I am looking at getting a Sony BDP 350 blu ray player from RGB direct,

I would just like know if anyone has had any problems with them, customer service, faulty goods etc.

Hi Mark.
Used them a couple of times delivery/service was fine but never had to call them for faulty goods though so not sure on that part...sorry.

I got my S350 less than 24 hours after I ordered it and that was with free delivery. £169 is a bargain considered it is already MR and also £45 less than what I paid.

I have never heard anything bad about them, which is usually a good sign, as people tend to be far more vocal about problems....
