Harman Kardon DVD 47

Hello all

I have recently purchased a nice DVD 47 region coded 2. Since I own a ton of region 1 DVD's, I am looking for the code to make this player region free.

Unfortunaltely, all I have found so far seems to not work (turn DVD on with no disc, press setup and enter 3141590).

Could anyone help me out please? I would not be able to keep this player if I can not make it region free.

I'm sure that was the hack that worked for my machine.

Could it be that the newest batch of players with a new firmware would prevent the hack to work?
