Good upscaler with ethernet (to connect to NAS)

My current setups are either a DMA-1000 (the i/f is rubbish and it doesn't read the length of the movies properly) or an xbmc - neither of which upscale.

Is there anything on the market that would do the same job (stream from my NAS array) and upscale ?
