Question Tosh sd220 lip sync prob

Hi can anyone help had this tosh for a while now but only just tried playing a vcd/svcd disk and noticed that the lip sync is way off, when playing these disk can i do anything to put this right ?. Or is it time to get yet another dvd player.

Press Angle twice on the R/C when playing SVCD's.

Thnx for your reply just tried but not working just get no audio at all when i do that damm dvd player.

When you press angle it switches the audio track (strange I know) if you switch to audio track 2 (no sound) then back to 1 by pressing angle, that should cure the lip sync.
