Upscaling HDMI DVD player vs HD-DVD player

Hi,

I'm looking at buying a new DVD player with good upscaling...

Which would you say is better?

Something like the Sony DVP-NS78:

Or, a Toshiba EP30 HD DVD player.

I realise HD-DVD is dead now but which is the best upscaler for standard DVD's? They are both the same kinda price now....

Thanks

second that. might as well. costs nothing, get 2 free hd dvd's and i thik the 5 free has been extended as well. plus be able to pick up plenty of hd dvd's for years to come at good prices. no difference visually to blu ray. this is a no brainer.

Thanks....

Just ordered from Play.com.

It comes with 2 HD-DVD's but no mention of the extra 5 offer so we'll have to see when it arrives!
