Denon Blu Ray Player?

Hello all. New hear but not to Electronics. I love Electronics and keeping up with whats new thats how i found this place. As for my thread. I have a deep love for Denon and I was wondering if anyone new anthing new about there Blu Ray players (3800BD, 2500BT) That they annonced back in Aug but cant find anything new. Thanks and I hope to contribute to this site.

It's been delayed until spring 2008. So it could surface anytime between March and June

Currently they have been postponed... I think awaiting profile 1.1 discs. So maybe some news in the new hear..

Thanks for the replys. My B-Day's in March so I definetly keep an I out. It's good to know of a time frame. I hope they still go with Blu-Ray that seems to me the best of the two formats. thanks

the reason i want a blu ray is for the longest i'v wanted there 3930ci player but at $1300 thats alot then later i would have to get an HD player. I would much prefer to wait and just plunk down $1500 on one thats as good as the 3939ci but will play blu ray as well......or.... when the blu ray comes out the 3930ci price will plumit hehehehe either way i'm on the fence it seems.

As i have posted there, the denon rep at what hifi show said that they "hoped" to have a unit at the bristol show (feb, i think).

I've made a decsion to buy HD DVD now and then buy a BR deck in the spring sometime that is 1.1 and has a very good SD upscaling chip. This, on the face of it, ticks all the boxes for me I just have to keep the price tag away from the misses.
