player to play ram disk

ive been looking for a player to play ram disk, ive found panasonic is there any more thanks

I use the Panasonic DMR-ES10 which is an older model, and to be honest they're cracking players/recorders. Relatively easy to set up compared to a few others I've had a gander at including Sony's and Philips.

The new ones are upscalers too, but I've not read any reviews as yet.
