Upscaling DVD Player with HDMI AND Coax sound output

Need a new DVD player to match my forthcoming Sony KDL46S2530. Upscaling a must, obviously, but here is the real kicker - when my family watches a DVD they are happy with sound through the TV speakers. When I watch a DVD I (natch) want full 5.1 routed through my cinema amp via the coaxial-out. So what I need is a decent (sub-£100) player which allows sound from both the HDMI and the coax but WITHOUT having to faff about in the setup each time to switch one or the other of them on or off. I just want both connections to be live at all times. I will then simply turn the TV volume down when I am watching a DVD and the rest of the family will not become hopelessly confused. Any suggestions?

Just a quick question why when you are spending megabucks on a lovely TV screen do you then only want a budget DVD player?

Have a read of the threads on the 5980/5960 over at avsforums where you can get the answer:-

Hi - I've just bought a Panasonic DVD-S511 and it does what you ask for £70-£80. Upscaling is excellent and it has coax out. Mine came from the local Panasonic centre but I think Argos have it too (so you can try it and see!).
