Coax or HDMI

Which gives the best sound quality? my dv2930 can output bitstream down an HDMI cable or should i just stick with coax(try'd and trusted) Cheers

Best sound quality is via Denon link because there are the least distortions.
Other than that I would stick with the coax but this is a personal preference.
