Hi guys having a problem with my dvd player. I can press eject and the tray opens but when i press to close it says waiting on the screen and then says no disc......

Because the tray does not shut.

I push the drive in but still it doesnt reconisge the disc.

Is there anyway to factory reset or to fix this problem?
