DVD player + HD recorder questions

Hi, I have done a search, but nothing seems relevant.

1. Any recommendations (up to around 200 pounds)?
2. In a dual audio channnel (e.g. Eurosport in Germany is transmitted in German as Audio I and English as Audio II) is there a way to make it record in the second audio stream (or both)?
3. Is there a way to make PC-readable files (eg AVI, MPEG) files out of the recordings?
