Problems with .VRO file

Greetings,

I am sorry if this topic is not related to the thread itself but i really need help. My cousin has sent me a file she said its a video she took from her camera... Her camera recorded everything in a DVD-CD and then she got this file by burning this DVD-CD. She sent me the file but i try to open it from Windows media player but nothing... I downloaded a program named AC3 Filter and now it plays but i just can listen but not video... I would reallly appreciate some help on what to do in this case never seen this before and i need help. A very important information is that when i first tried to open it with windows media player it said it was getting a codec then it couldnt get it and sent me to a page where supposely i was about to get the codec... but nothing... The webpage said i need this codec "{E06D802C-DB46-11CF-B4D1-00805F6CBBEA}" but they don't have it. Thanks in aadvance for the help you can offer me

Try downloading and installing one of the K-Lite codec packs.
