Harman Kardon DVD25 + Onkyo 674

Hello,

I have this equipement:

DVD Player: Harman Kardon DVD25 (PAL Progressive SCAN)
AVR: Onkyo 674 wich does deinterlacing for HDMI Output (480i to 480p)
TV: Panasonic 37PV500 (A very good HD Plasma)
Also DVDR(HDMI), Satellite...

As you know there are many connection options, but I would like to take the best picture quality.

Should I send the DVD signal (component) to the AVR interlaced and let the AVR deinterlace and then send it via HDMI to the TV?
Should I do the same as above but in progressive mode?
Or should I send the DVD signal (component) in progressive mode direct to TV?

Thanks in advance
