sony ns405 vs tosh sd220e

I am looking to buy my first DVD player and I have narrowed my choice down to the Sony NS405 or the Toshiba SD220E. I have seen a lot of recommendations for the Toshiba but nobody mentions the Sony player which looks better I think.

Both players scored 4.5 with What Video and TV magazine. Does anyone have a NS405 and can they recommend it. Is it missing features such as multi-camera angles compared?

Multi-angle is part of the DVD spec so all players have to provide it.

I own an NS300 and it's great. I can only imagine that the NS405 is much better. I would personally choose it over the Tosh as it looks nicer and the Tosh had some problems with disk compatibility a while back (which were since rectified with a firmware update). I've never had a compatibility problem with a disk on my Sony player and that makes me feel more comfortable with Sony players. Whichever one you get though, I'm sure you'll be happy with it. They both give out great pictures and sound.
