Your HD content won't work unless you can get the output from the PC (I presume it's a PC) to match the TV. Try using Powerstrip (free download from the net, try googling it) to get the graphics card to adjust the resolution to one that matches the TV. Check your manual for supported resolutions. What I'm not very good at is understanding this Upscaling stuff...
Here's what i know...
My plasma is SD and ..yeah..it has progressive scan...i guess ALL plasmas do...
You say that an Upscaling DVD player would not even work with my screen??
And what if I got an HDMI board for the screen??
