hi - new member

got a 40 inch bravia in a new build house

the kitchen / dayroom is open plan and the tv is hung on the rear of the kitchen base units

want to hide the dvd player in kitchen cupboards - but the infa red for the remote with then obviously not work

can i solve this - can you get an add on infa red ?

any help apppreciated

I don't have any personal experience, but I notice that Keene Electronics advertise a kit that supposedly allows an IR remote to see round corners and into cabinets for £40. http://www.keene.co.uk/multi.php?mycode=IRBKITS
