Denon 1930 - anything better for same budget?

Just before I purchase the Denon 1930, I thought it is worth a quick question to check this is a sensible decision as I don't really have a clue about all this AV malarkey.

My budget is £250 max. I have just ordered the TOSHIBA 32WLT66 LCD to go with a Denon 1906 AV Amp and a decent set of Monitor Audio Speakers (2xR90, 2XR45, 1XR180 and a 360 sub).

I want this DVD player for use as my DVD player and for audio CDs. I cannot afford to buy a separate audio CD player and the missus would not be pleased by another box This is to replace a £30 Ronin DVD player I bought several years ago.

Anyway this Denon 1930 appears to get good reviews and it looks like I can get it for around £225 so WHAT DO YOU THINK?

i bought a 1930 and my wife has remarked on how much better the picture is (she was cynical about spending £200 on a dvd player). Just hope she is as impressed with the 2307 as this was slighlty more than our £100 all in one jobby

Please don't tell me you've been using a £30 DVD player to play audio CDs?

The Denon 1930 has Burr Brown audio DACs in it, so should be a pretty good CD player (sound quality wise).
