Is the Sharp DVSV97H DVD Player any good?

Is the Sharp DVSV97H DVD Player any good?
I am thinking of getting the Sharp DVSV97H Upscaling DVD player as this is the only HDMI upscaling DVD Player that is 42cm or smaller wide and will fit in my tv unit all the other players are 43cm+. Can anyone who has this recommend this player? Also does it come with an HDMI cable in the box or do I have to buy that seperatly? Can anyone recommend a different HDMI upscaler that is 42cm or less wide that is £80 or less.
