Panasonic DVD-XV10

Im selling my old Toshiba SD-100E and Im intresting in buying the Panasonic XV10 can anybody tell me if this DVD player is worth buying because one mag give's it an award while another say's it's complete crap.

nice unit ... same inside as an RV31 just updated firmware and of course case and the laser reads CDR and CDRW and DVDR so much better than your tosh in that respect
